We are capable of manufacturing the inserts for shipment or placing them in the casing of your choice.

FIRST HEADER DIE is a licensed supplier for Taptite® cutters, quills, heading die inserts, and complete heading die assemblies. We have full capabilities for the production of high quality economical Taptite® products to the customers print.

Our computerized Inspection Department scrutinizes 100% of all product to customer specifications. We digitally record all inspections and supply an inspection report including Contour Tracing if requested.
